2. What happens to Charles?
3. When Charles' Mum is looking for him, who else comes to sit on the bench? At this point in the story, do we know the persons name?
4. Why did the person who is the 2nd voice, need to get out of the house do you think?
5. Who does Albert find to play with?
6. How does his mother feel about that dog's owner?
7. What does Smudge think of the boy she meets?
8. Did you enjoy this text? Why or why not?
