Foundry Lane Primary School is a growing three form entry school who encourage our entire community to fulfil their potential through high self-esteem and lifelong learning.
We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our admin team on a part time basis.
The successful candidate will be providing an effective and efficient financial administration service to the school. Your main duties will be to maintain financial and budgetary control systems, prepare financial reports and support the Business Manager with accurate and effective budget monitoring.
For this position you will need experience of financial administration, ideally within a school setting, an ability to analyse and interpret complex information, the ability to communicate information and ideas effectively to a range of audiences, through good written and oral communication skills and be a reliable team member.
The post is term time only, 10 hours per week. The days and hours are flexible. There will be a requirement to attend 4 Governors meetings through the year which are mostly held outside of school hours.
